The new command post and mini pumper are at Halt Fire in Wixom. The five Expeditions for EMS Supervisors are on the road. Unknown status for the remaining nine for battalion chiefs and senior chief. The DFD was budgeted for seven pumpers and five trucks for 08-09, its been cut to one pumper and one truck. Squad 5's vehicle is a total loss. I am not aware of any apparatus on order at this time.

The Battalion Chief's Tahoes are being replaced by Ford Expeditions. I don't know how the C of D disposes of surplus vehicles.

TAC-2 is assinged to Engine-1 the TAC roster is still active they just get detailed every day. The TAC has 1 Sgt and a FFD assigned to it.

Not sure but my guess is the command post will be at the repair shop and brought to a scene when requested.

The 4 ladder trucks were delivered in April. They were assigned to L 14/24/31/28.

Was at Eastern Market yesterday and ran into TAC2.

They've been in service for a few days, @ E1's of course. Good stuff
