 My name is Shannon Moran and I am running for Firemen's Fund trustee. I have been a firefighter for 7 years and currently run at Engine 52. As a 2nd generation firefighter (granddaughter of retired CHF 10 Bill Sech) my pride in this department and community run deep. I have always volunteered my time to the Firemen's Fund whether it is for the golf tourney, silent auction or the Fund's beer tent. I consistently volunteer a weekend each year to the D.F.D. Burn Tournament as well. I believe that volunteering my time is and investment in the community and people as well as a way we young firefighters keep our fingers on the pulse of the fire department. As a reliable and concerned member I would prove to be an asset to the trustees as well as to the members and their families in their time of need.
Keep an eye out for the ballots coming in the mail and vote Shannon Moran for Firemen's Fund Trustee. |
